#AskTheExpert Hello doctor, my son Maanvik 5 years old having constipation yesterday blood is come with his potty.. plz suggest

A. If blood continue to come whenever he poops then u should consult your pediatrician once. You have to include fiber rich fruits and vegetables in the child's regular diet. Give plenty of water. You can give a ripe banana and raisins daily. An unripe or under ripe banana can worsen the constipation. So choose the banana carefully. Also avoid bakery products like biscuits, cookies, bread, cake etc.,
