#asktheexpert Hello doctor, My son is 3yrs and 5 months old. He usually have constipation. He Cries a lot while pooping and sometimes even blood oozes near anus. Kindly suggest any home remedies.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. hi. diet modification will help to avoid constipasion. you give ur chikd fiber rich food, fruits n veggies in more amount. offer lots of water n allow some physical activities .
