Dr Sameer awadhiyaFather of a 12 yr 2 m old boy4 years agoA. 33 months old child with constipation problem child is having constipation problem give plenty of liquids and high fibre in the diet it is very helpful while giving food causing constipation in the child and consult your doctor once for needful

She can be given a spoon of lukewarm water every hour in the day time (don't wake her up though)
Don't use RO water as it's demineralized
Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
Give her more probiotics millets and citrus fruits.
