#asktheexpert Hello doctor, my son is 1months old after breastfeeding he is always spitting milk how to stop it or should I change any methods doctor kindly guide me

A little bit spit is fine and pretty much normal, as mostly it occurs due to reflux action.
Elevate baby head a little while feeding with help of your palm as that would will help in easy flow,
Other is to take care of your diet & prefer easy to digest food only.
