Some children will fall outside the expected range and yet still walk normally in the end. Walking is considered to be delayed if it has not been achieved by 18 months.
Babies who aren't walking yet should be encouraged to play actively on the floor.
Stand on the other side of the room and encourage your baby to walk towards you.
give push toys.
Place a toy just out of reach of your baby, above them, or located in a spot they have to stand to get to
Shalini GhoshMom of 2 children2 years agoA. I think its absolutely fine beacuse my baby boy was 16.5 months when he started walking and now is just walking fine. He was a born at 33 weeks though.
