#AskTheExpert Hello doctor, My daughter often suffers from constipation and has difficulty in passing stools. Looking for your expert advice regarding this.

A. at two yrs age. Constipation also known as hard stools is common in baby age group. To correct Give plenty of water or any other liquids like chaas , dahi , lemonade to baby and also include high fibre diets like suji , dalia, oats with fibres etc green leafy vegetables and all the seasonal fruits in the baby diet.
