#AskTheExpert Hello doctor, My daughter just turned 2 and most of her teeth have come out. May i know which toothpaste if required should I use for her and which will be safe. thanks

A. before 3 years of age you should go for fluoride free kids toothpaste (any good brand) in rice grain size amount along with small head sofft bristles toothbrdush (any good brand) twice daily.. above 3 years of age use fluoridated kids toothpaste of any good brand.

Hi mommy Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
