#AskTheExpert Hello doctor, my daughter is 6th month old now. 1)When will I start to give her solid food? 2) Due to this pandemic I was not able to give her PCV injection. Will it be ok if I give her this after few months?

A. hi 1.yes after completion of 6 months age, you can start to offer semisolid food to your child. so at start give food like mung dal Pani, rice starch which is easy to digest. then gradually you can start to offer different vegetables fruit and rice. 2.looking at current scenario of covid,it is ok to delay vaccines. don't worry. usually it is ok to delay vaccines up to 20 days or month.
