A. Exam in the anal opening and see if there is any cut in it. Most of the times due to hard stools it might get cut and lead to bleeding. You have to give lots of water fruit and fruit juices and high-fiber diet

A. Hello ma’am Avoid banana if your child is having constipation and give good amount of water and vitamin C rich fruits to your child to deal with this issue. If you are seeing blood then it could be due to a stomach infection also but you do need to check if it is happening on an everyday basis in the stool then it could be due to a stomach infection otherwise maybe the pot is tight and your child is constipated which is why it is happening but in any of the cases it would be better that you discuss it with your doctor ones
