#asktheexpert Hello Doctor My child is 6 month old. He is over sweating everytime. Why is the reason and how can it can be solved.

A. if the growth of the child is proper there is no need to worry about the sweating pattern in the child. but if you feel that the child is having some other problems also get the child examined by the doctor. you can apply regular baby powder on the sweating areas. if the child in cool atmosphfere and make the child wear cotton clothes. it is very common to find sweating on the forehead as well as the palms and soles and the other folding areas in the body. sweating is usually a part of metabolism and metabolic growth of the child. usually it's a normal phenomenon.

A. The body temperature of the child would be usually warmer than an adult body which is why they feel more heat and sweat into their body so this is considered very normal for kids to have more sweat as compared to a regular adult body
