#AskTheExpert hello doctor, My boy is 5 year old now,can I give him the multivitamins gummy?is it good for kids?

A. hi mom no u should not as these have high sugar content so better to avoid it .. h should give all seasonal fruit and vegetables to the child .

A. hi dear Multivitamins aren't necessary for most healthy children who are growing normally. Foods are the best source of nutrients. Regular meals and snacks can provide all the nutrients most preschoolers need. While many young children are picky eaters, that doesn't necessarily mean that they have nutritional deficiencies.
