hi your baby is 4 months old now
mother's diet doesn't matter baby's stool consistency.at this age baby tends to put fingers or toes or toys inside the mouth causing stomach infection or indigestion.if no discomfort or tummy fullness or vomitings or refusal to feed do not worry

Potty colouring may varies from dark yellow to green colour 
It’s all normal and common 
It may happen due to iron or formula milk 
It doesn’t cause any harm 
No need to worry 
Maintain hydration 
Give adequate feeding every two hours of intervals
