A. kindly apply moisturizing lotion (atogla / cetaphil ) or virgin coconut oil on the skin of the child 4 to 5 times per day and if the problem still continues for more than two weeks then meet your doctor. c do not apply any type of cream lotion or powder which is causing allergy on the skin. meet dr
