#AskTheExpert Hello doctor, My 8 year old boy has started showing anger and tantrums if we ask him to follow any instructions. it is been almost since this January he has developed this habit and he after 2 years has now started going to school but he does not seem to be happy at all.He shows his tantrums Evey alternate day and shouts and yells. can you please guide us

get her hb level and vitamin D 3 level Checked
please spend quality time with your child
please don't say no in each and every matter.
let your child decide some small small things like give two options for wearing clothes , either she can wear frock or jeans t-shirt .
limit your child screen time,it is very important
make sure your child takes enough food and sleep both.
