Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. it is totally normal for small children less than 6 months of age not to pass stool for 15 days also.
it is also normal if they are passing stool more than 6 or 7 times per day. d
if the consistency of the stool is Semi solid to solid there is no need to worry about the frequency as well as the colour (the colour can range from yellow brown green to black) of the stool.
also straining while passing urine and stool is normal.
Do burping for 15 to 20 minutes

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy1 Year agoA. hello the breastfeed baby will have less waste and it can go without passing motion for a week but 12 days is actually more and it would be better not to neglect and check your doctor and she will be able to advise you with suppository that can help baby pass motion
