#AskTheExpert Hello doctor, meri daughter ko periods start ho gaye hai aur woh 10 saal 6 mahine ki hai. kya yeh normal hai? aur iske baad kitni age tak bachhe ki growth hoti hai. kya use kuchh extra diet Leni hogi? please advice
