#AskTheExpert Hello doctor, meri daughter ko periods start ho gaye hai aur woh 10 saal 6 mahine ki hai. kya yeh normal hai? aur iske baad kitni age tak bachhe ki growth hoti hai. kya use kuchh extra diet Leni hogi? please advice

A. start iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day as diet alone can't meet nutritional requirements of a growing child try to join some yoga class For healthy growth and height

A. good morning it is completely normal that is the exact age of puberty with children these days I would just recommend you to make sure that you try to encourage your child for activities to increase the height
