Hello mom thoda time lagega usee recover hone k Liyeah , tho aapko usse liquids de jaise ki warm soups , thode fresh fruit juice joh ghar par bana sakte hai , steamed vegetables, potatoes , sweet potatoes, fruits like banana , etc as these give them strength and energy to them that they need basically high calorie healthy foods , rice , roti etc, dals , panner , tofu etc
