as he is not getting cure from fever aftrr receving treatment, then it is better to further consukt your doctor for furtger advice snd management. .itsimp in this case

So what was the result in the test that you haven’t mentioned because usually the fever doesn’t subside by completing the time of 72 hours then it’s not a normal fever it could be viral or it could be malaria typhoid anything that can also lead to the situation that your child so try to give more of liquids during this time
