Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 10 m old girl3 years agoA. may be inf. Diarrhoea is a symptom of viral infection so any Medicine can be with hold and home remedy like o r s can be fed and decrease in amount of milk . Probiotic and zinc drop can be added for early recovery .
