#asktheexpert hello Doctor, is taking multivitamin tablets daily advisable and if yes, can you suggest the best multivitamin tablet to take it everyday

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 1 Year agoA. taking multivitamin on regular basis is not at all advised you can take it for a few days but it at only till the time you are taking
You just need to give your baby proper nutritious diet which includes more of green leafy vegetables sprouted grains and cereals and fruits along with proper liquid intake which will help your baby develop soon
