Giving too much sweet food is not good to give..
This can unnecessary increase the blood sugar level and weight gain..
Try to give more of salty food and sweet food sometimes .
Give food in colourful and attractive plates like babyhug plates that attract baby towards salty food
Give variety of food and choices to your baby.
Make eating fun to encourage baby to eat salty food
