Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. hair fall at this age can be due to some type of allergy or sensitivity of the skin in the scalp. it may be also related to a fungal infection which might cause hair loss. nutritional deficiency is also one of the cause causing hair loss. maintain hygiene and do regular hair washing. meet your doctor to find exact cause of hair loss and proper treatment and need r of supplements and give proper nutritious diet for hair growth

Hair fall can be commonly seen with kids due to deficiency of iron in the body and when you do not give proper nourishment by applying oil or something so I suggest you to kindly apply oil into the scalp and you can use a mix of castor and almond oil into the scalp of your child
