#asktheexpert Hello doctor.. How to increase my baby's weight? I have low milk output

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and baby should gain 500-800 gms weight in a month and also if breast milk is less then you can give baby formula milk. Also have shatavari powder with cow milk twice a day and have soaked meetthi seeds early in the morning and increase the intake of garlic ginger green leaves vegetables fruits and dairy products in diet to produce more milk.
