#AskTheExpert Hello doctor, good morning. To me the baby is 10 months but still he is not 10 months obese, he is 5 & 6 months obese. So is there any solution to fix it.

include green vegetables seasonal fruits nuts legumes pulses cereal milk milk products eggs chicken fish mutton soups salads yogurt rice chapati into the diet.
3 meals and at least one mid meal should be given to the baby.
