ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. reduce weight. a lot of brands will be trying to impress you but you try to see your need and cost. thats better always. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too

Hello This usually happens with lot of women that they do not get their periods for a really long time after their delivery at hundred percent normal so whenever your body will be ready for it you will get your period again it could be one year to 18 months also
