#asktheexpert Hello Doctor, Despite not adhering to a regular diet, my daughter displays high levels of hyperactivity. Please suggest a way.

A. hi parent please avoid maida items and packaged food and salt please give easily digestible home made food please give more fruit and veggies please encourage for physical activity and out door game please buy Babyhug educational toys and tell stories daily from Babyhug story books please avoid screen time and you spend more time with your child daily
