#AskTheExpert hello doctor am having 1.5 month old twins boy Baby as he is suffering from gastric problem..whenever gas passes he cries alot And also some kind of sound comes from his stomach.. giving him kinderzyme drops And he is having formula milk as am having less breastmilk .please suggest

U give Himalaya bonnisan To your child or 30 minutes prior to the feed that you are giving and also add a little bit of fennel seeds to the water that you use for preparing formula for the child as it is going to keep the stomach cool and will avoid gas and colic issues to quite an extent as of now you can give this medicine five drops to your child at one time in maximum four times in a day as and when required
