#AskTheExpert ...Hello doctor ... actually my baby do not sleep at night .....how to handle this situation....as I am also feeling headache due to sleepless nights

A. hi parent it will take time for the sleep cycle to set maintain calm and warm environment turn off the lights massage the baby gently to sleep feed before bed

A. good morning I would recommend you to give your baby a proper massage every day before trying to put the baby to bed at night this will help to relax the child so that the baby will be able to sleep more comfortably
