#AskTheExpert Hello doc, My baby girl is 20 days old. She has got red pimples on her cheeks and water filled pimples on her neck and in her underarms. She also has stomach ache, she cries everytime before pooping.she cries whenever we touch her tummy to check whether any tightness is there.
