#AskTheExpert hello doc I am mother of 4.5 month boy wants to ask what can I give my baby other than my milk? how much formula milk I can give him at ngt?

A. Hi Mom Give 60-100 ml at a time Give adequate feeding every feeding at two hours of intervals Wash hands often before touching your baby Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation Maintain hydration Maintain hygiene

A. Ma’am Practically speaking if you have a good amount of breastfeeding then unnecessary lower start with formula feeding it’s not good also if you need to that your loan breastfeed or something then you can go for any kind of formula feeding that you want to give another semisolid food can only be started after the age of six months not before that
