#AskTheExpert hello, can we give fortified rice for one yr baby instead of normal white rice? is it safe? after baby grow up change from fortified to normal rice will it disturb the baby?

No food restrictions, can give everything after completing 1 year
Don't cook separate for ur baby, give him or her same food what your eat .
