#asktheexpert he is hyperactive , touches everthing around , make noises he hear like door , and any vehicle sounds

That’s a very normal thing because hyperactive kids have so much of energy energy that they do not stay at her place but sometimes it could be trouble some also so I would recommend you to try to channelise the energy of the child by keeping your child busy into some of the other activity which is constructive
