Q.

#asktheexpert, he always have runny nose and congestion. Can u please suggest a remedy i can give everytime to make him relax and eat his meals properly.

A. Hai good evening !!! Common cold ,flu every 2-3 months,change in climate ,place is very common in babies. If you observe frequent cold then consult paediatrician,check saturation levels. Doctor will suggest nasal drops for congestion. Give boiled and cooled water room temperature or bit warm ,turmeric milk weekly once . If mild cold ,then During cold fry 2 garlic cloves with one spoon home made ghee for 2-3 minutes after garlic turns brown only pour ghee in cup or spoon let it cool down for a while,give the warm ghee one spoon continuously for 2-3 days to get relieve from runny nose.
