Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. please give paracetamol to the baby like calpol 120 you can give 5ml 3 times a day Fever is the response of the body against any infection and it is a protective mechanism

first measure the temperature,if it is 100f or above ,then medicine is needed.
you can give it as per the instructions given on the packet of medicine .
because the dosage of medicine depends on child health,age and weight.
