#AskTheExpert has been 3 y 4m old not being able to speak yet..and showing restlessness moving continuously.. sitting time is very low

Seems like your child is actually hyperactive only by nature which is why this is happening I would suggest you to please check with your doctor one time specially First a speech therapist to understand what’s the problem with the speed and then a child psychologist they’re going to give you appropriate help as per the need
