#asktheexpert Gums are red for a 4year child and its painful what could be the reason??

A. hi it is sign of dental infection or gum disease. so please visit your dentist for once. brush your child teeth with soft bristled brush using flouride toothpaste. avoid giving sticky, sugary and starch rich food. also avoid giving RO water. give calcium rich food like Ragi, nuts etc more. give sunbath for 20 minutes a day.
