A. Hello mom mostly food that keeps one hydrated is very much important, such as liquids in form of coconut water , fresh juicy fruits which are seasonal and locally available, vegetables, healthy home cooked foods avoid packaged and read to eat mixes , whole grain cereals and dals etc Avoid too much of sugary foods as well
