Hello mam , please suggest you . muze do beti hai . dono ki subji chapati khane ka problem hai. khana Kam khate hai . or Height ka problem hai. Height badhti nhi age ke hisab se . Age ke hisab se ek saal choti dikhti hai .

Can you tell us a reason of anemia? He’s a child having iron deficiency anemia or is it because of something else like thalassemia only when we know the underlying reason is when we can tell if it is treatable and how it is treatable
