Good morning Dr, my son is 5years old. Whenever he breathes some wheezing sounds come out. even during sleep as well we can hear that.it doesn't sound as soaring.

ir ks cold. Cough and cold can be due to seasonal variation and maybe a sign of any viral infection so as a home remedies steam can be started and if the cough worsen then cough syrup like asthakind can be given but if there is any breathing difficulty then a physician should be consulted .

Cough along with Cold most of the time is a  viral illness and it needs supportive care along with proper hydration. you can give steam inhalation which is very useful .
cough needs to be treated with anti allergic and expectorant bronchodilators or antitussives medicine which should be given only after a proper evaluation by the doctor according to the type of cough.ii
if fever is there paracetamol can be given to reduce the fever and the dose can be repeated after 6 hours again if required .
