vaccination card may be maintained
give all vaccines as scheduled
birth -bcg opv and hep b, At 6,10 ,14 weeks  OPV, , hib, opv, ipv, dpt .
hep b at 1 month and 6 month
flu and typhoid after 6-9 months of age
mmr 9 months, 15 months
Primary schedule (For both PCV10 and PCV13): 3 primary doses at 6, 10, and 14 weeks with a booster at age 12 through 15 months.
Rotavirus weeks for all available Rotavirus vaccines (RV1, RV5, 116E & BRV PV)
· Only two doses of RV-1 are recommended at present.
Pneumococcal and rotavirus are optional but better to give 
Varicella and hepatitis a once baby completes 1year of age 
dpt opv ipv pneumococcal booster at 15-18 months
MMR between 4 to 5 years
tetanus shot at 10 years
take all vaccines as scheduled please consult paediatrician once

four doses of diphtheria, tetanus, and pertussis (DTaP) vaccine.
three doses of inactivated poliovirus vaccine (IPV)
three or four doses of Haemophilus influenzae type B (Hib) vaccine.
one dose of measles, mumps, and rubella (MMR) vaccine.
