#AskTheExpert good morning doctor I have a question my son is under 3 years old he is suffering from cough and kafa to melt a sputum doctor is recommended me they will inject a injection which will melt a kafa is it safe to kids plz advice me Dr and it is available only in private hospital the doctor says is it TRUE

Cough and cold can we because of some allergic reaction in the body most of the time it is viral in the origin need to give symhuptomatic treatment first like steam inhalation and some home remedies cough expectorant may be required along with anti allergic medications
