#AskTheExpert Good evening mam, i am 39 yrs old n having 3 daughters, younger one is of only 5 mnths 6 days. she born on 20 Feb 2022 after her birth my first mensuration was on 18 June 2022 (4 days) after that , till date my menses are missed, i checked my pregnancy but that was negative, pls suggest me solution. and pls suggest me best contraceptive option too.

in case you are a breastfeeding mom then it's very normal to have irregularities in periods till one year due to hormonal fluctuations but use effective contraceptive measures for child spacing
