#AskTheExpert Good evening Dr. I had viral fever 5 days before and I had stopped breastfeeding my 4 mpnths old baby. Now I can't produce milk . plz give me some solution . Thank you .

Natural foods to enhance lactam/ breast milk is dates, nuts, jeera, Dill seeds, ajwain, papaya, spoon of desi ghee and butter plus a katori of assorted nuts everyday. Drink lots of milk and curds and plus proteins supplements. Lactare capsules or powder is a safe medicine or Take CurePerium powder with milk twice a day.
