Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of a 12 yr 2 m old boy4 years agoA. 3 month old baby is putting hand in the mouth again and again it is considered as completely normal you should not worry about it just distract your child to avoid it and maintain proper hygiene

Baby may have teething problems or
indigestion
Take a good care of your baby
Burp well after every feeding
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
Try to keep head up position while feeding
