NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello your child at this age can have a nap of around 2 to 3 hours once in a day or even may have short naps two times in a day and you can gve three meals along with two snacks and milk for the child on a day and this would be sufficient enough for the child
