Hello mom you can give green leafy vegetables , also soak some raisins , apricots ,in water over night and morning you can make it a paste along with water that it was soaked in and be given to the baby that would be helpful , non veg if preferred but currently would not recommend that .
Dals , can be given , also beans . Mint , etc also some fruits that can help in absorbing the iron is Citrus fruits ,
RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl2 years agoA. Basis to go ahead with pomegranate and beetroot to the child every day because nothing is going to be better than that further more spinach and broccoli and lastly I would certainly advise you to start with a supplement as well
