#asktheexpert foods rich in iron for babies ?

A. Hello mom you can give green leafy vegetables , also soak some raisins , apricots ,in water over night and morning you can make it a paste along with water that it was soaked in and be given to the baby that would be helpful , non veg if preferred but currently would not recommend that . Dals , can be given , also beans . Mint , etc also some fruits that can help in absorbing the iron is Citrus fruits ,

A. Basis to go ahead with pomegranate and beetroot to the child every day because nothing is going to be better than that further more spinach and broccoli and lastly I would certainly advise you to start with a supplement as well
