A. Hello good morning !! Include fruits and vegetables,diary products,pulses,grains,leafy vegetables for overall growth. Fruits and vegetables,leafy greens for vitamin,minerals,fibre content ;dals for protein,diary products for protein,calcium,probiotic helps in bones,muscle strength &weight gain,grains for fibre,minerals for good metabolism. Dals,diary products,cerelac,dal rice,kichdi,idly,porridges,rice/roti with sabji/dal,curd,fruits,poha,murmur,roasted makhana,dry fruit ladoo/barfi as snacks . ..
