A. A 1.9 years old baby should eat 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks including variety of fluids like water, fresh juices, curd, buttermilk and coconut water. You can give fresh, home cooked, nutritious foods like chapati with paneer gravy, chicken soup, besan and beetroot cheela, idli-dosa with sambhar, stuffed parantha, oats with nuts, milkshakes with dry fruits, stuffed parantha, chicken and fish curry with rice , khichdi, dalia, mixed vegetable soup, etc.
