Try to give liquid
blend rice in soup and give
ragi rawa pech
mix vegetables dal khichdi with ghee

During fever the appetite decreases which is just a temporary phase. so no need to worry.
Give paracetamol if the fever is 99.5F or above. Repeat the dose after six hours if fever comes again.
