#asktheexpert feeding is not enough for my 4months baby is it ok to give the formula feed for the baby

A. Hai good afternoon !! Yes if breast feed is not sufficient for baby,you can introduce formula milk. If baby is not gaining weight,crying even after feeding well,tummy looks flat ,mother feel light in breast are some signs of low lactation. Include water,milk,diary products,papaya,chikoo,poppy seeds,rusk,bread toast,garlic in curries,garlic milk helps in good milk production.
